Begin by reviewing the course guide and meeting your instructor below. As you work through the module content, you will complete reflection exercises, workplace assessments, case studies, and knowledge review activities designed to reinforce key learning concepts.
For your convenience, the course guide has also been separated into individual module sections. PowerPoint slide decks, instructional videos, facilitator guidance, and visual learning graphics are included throughout the course to support your learning experience.
Feedback and discussion related to case studies and workplace scenarios will be provided within the instructional videos. At the conclusion of the course, you will complete a final course quiz to demonstrate understanding of the course material.
Once all modules have been reviewed and marked complete — including the final quiz — you will receive access to download your validated 3-Hour SHRM / NAADAC / IAPRC Certificate of Completion.
